Employee Experience
Spending a summer at Camp isn’t just a job—it’s an experience as fulfilling for you as it is for the campers you work with. Every day is packed with adventure, laughter, and meaningful moments that will stick with you long after summer ends. We hire staff from all over the world, each bringing their own unique skills, interests, and backgrounds. You’ll have the chance to connect with other staff with unique worldviews, gaining exposure to new cultures and traditions that make the camp community so special.
The Perfect Fit
We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals who are ready to dive in and make a difference. You don’t need to be a camp expert—just someone who loves working with kids thrives in a team setting, and is up for a challenge. At camp, you’ll be more than just a counselor—you’ll be a mentor, a leader, and a role model. Whether you’re leading activities, cheering kids on as they try something new, or just being there when they need a friend, you’ll play a huge part in creating unforgettable experiences for them (and for yourself). We welcome people from all backgrounds, skills, and experiences. What matters most is your willingness to show up, be present, and give your all. Along the Saco River, near the White Mountains, sits our two camps. We are 1 hour from Portland, Maine and 3 hours from Boston, Mass - and a short 20-minute drive from the quaint ski town of North Conway, NH, chalk full of restaurants, an outlet mall and Zeb's General Store. We encourage staff to get out and explore on their time off, whether that be for shopping, a hike, a trip to a beach or a lake, or a meal out. There is much to explore in this beautiful area that we are so lucky to be located in!
RV / CamperVan Space
Unfortunately, we do not have space for RV's or campervan's at camp. We do have room to accommodate cars on-site, which of course is free.
