Work. Travel. Repeat.
There’s a whole world of work most people never hear about.
VagaJobs is a platform built for the seasonal workforce—connecting job seekers and employers across unique destinations.
What makes us different:
Designed for people who live and work on the move—and the employers who hire them.
Connect with candidates who actually want seasonal work—not just any job.
From national parks to ski towns to remote destinations.
In 2016, our founder Dylan took a seasonal job in Yellowstone National Park.
What was supposed to be temporary turned into something much bigger.
He discovered a hidden world of people moving season to season—working in Yosemite, Glacier, Alaska, ski towns across the country, and even private islands in the Caribbean.
Along the way, he started traveling full-time—living out of a converted van, chasing seasons, and building a life centered around freedom, movement, and experience.
But going back to school didn’t feel the same. It became clear:
this wasn’t a phase—it was a lifestyle.
The start of a different life.
Most people start exactly like this.
VagaJobs helps:
• Job seekers find work that fuels a life of travel
• Employers hire faster across one or multiple locations
• The seasonal workforce becomes more connected and easier to access
Built for a generation choosing experience over routine.
Jobs, employers, and destinations.
Not a generic job board.
The name comes from the word “vagabond”:
A person who travels from place to place, driven by curiosity and experience.
To us, it means choosing a different path—one built on:
VagaJobs is for people who want more than just a job.
Work differently.
That’s the point.
Our logo isn’t random.
The pineapple has long been a symbol of hospitality, welcome, and connection—representing warmth and openness to travelers.
That’s exactly what VagaJobs stands for:
It’s in our roots.
Always.
Find work. Travel somewhere new. Build a life that doesn’t look like everyone else’s.
