LIVE, WORK, and SERVE in a national park this winter as a Summer Team Member with ACMNP!
We're filling spots for summer 2026! Join a team of people with the same passion as you, and serve God this summer in one of the most beautiful places in the country . If you want to utilize your passions for Jesus and nature, you should apply!
Whether it be canyon, valley, ocean, or desert, we have a beautiful national park location for you! If you want a job with mission and purpose, then look no further. Our summer ministry team members work full-time in a national park while engaging in ministry. Our ministry focuses on people working and living in the national parks. Additionally, our team members lead interdenominational, Christian worship services (don't worry - no musical talent or experience required!) while also helping create a positive community in their park.
We help you secure a job, usually in the hospitality industry, where you'll work full-time at 40 hours per week with a concessionaire in the park. All of our employer partners provide room and board for the season.
Our summer season usually runs from May-August/September, and the later you can stay into the season, the better. Please contact us at info@acmnp.com if you have any questions!
Requirements: All applicants must be able to affirm the Apostle's Creed.
Compensation: All jobs are hourly, pay depends on employer and state minimum wage.

Employee Experience
Once you apply and are selected to serve with ACMNP, we help you secure employment in the park you have been intentionally placed in. We are not the employer, but a non-profit ministry that connects our team members to jobs within national park concessionaires.Typically, our teams work in fast-paced hospitality-type jobs in the heart of a national park in order to provide relational ministry to those far from any Christian community. Our trusted relationship with park employers has made ACMNP possible since 1951!
The Perfect Fit
We are looking for mature, committed followers of Jesus Christ. An ACMNP team member not only loves the outdoors, but desires to build relationships with those that work in and visit America's national parks! They must want to grow as a leader in an unfamiliar and fast-paced environment with the support of our national office team, as well as on their individual team. Expect to grow personally and in relationship as you explore a national park for a season! We not only connect people to jobs in national parks, but train up leaders, promote community, and offer opportunities to worship in God's awe-inspiring creation. We will consider all applicants who can affirm the Apostle's Creed and work in an interdenominational context.

Job Perks
ACMNP team members work full-time, seasonal jobs in national parks across the United States. Not only do you earn a paycheck, live and eat on property, but may be offered other benefits within the individual company. Dependent on the location, you could receive discounts on tours, boat rentals, and in shops and restaurants!
Housing Options
Housing is typically provided for a cost by the employer. Team members live in dorms or apartments with 1-3 roommates. Most furniture and linens are provided.
Meal Plan
Teams are either provided meals in an employee cafeteria or cook their own food in a personal kitchen.
Things To Do In The Area
Depending on the park, team members can go hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, spelunking, rock climbing...whatever the unique area offers!
RV / CamperVan Space
Spaces depend on the park, but are typically provided on-site for a cost.
