The Staff Housing Cleaner plays a vital role in shaping the staff experience at YMCA of the Rockies. You’ll live on-site, support a diverse staff community, and help ensure staff housing is clean, comfortable, and community-centered. What You’ll Do
Live in staff housing and provide a positive, supportive, and safe presence

Welcome new staff on arrival days and help them settle in

Promote respectful community living and staff engagement

Assist with cleanliness of common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways

Help prepare vacated rooms for incoming staff

Support housing communications and keep information hubs organized

Assist with lost & found and donated staff items

Report after-hours concerns and housing issues as needed

Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, paint touch-ups, small replacements)

Assist with grounds upkeep including trash pickup and snow removal

Participate in weekly housing meetings and staff communication

Work mid-day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Who You Are

Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality

Organized, self-directed, and adaptable

Emotionally mature with strong interpersonal skills

Passionate about inclusion, respect, and teamwork

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable with light physical work and outdoor conditions

Bonus points if you’re bilingual!

Requirements
Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable working at high elevation in all seasons

Must pass a criminal background check
