We are located on Cuttyhunk Island, a small island off of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard.
We are looking for a seasoned breakfast cook to lead our oceanside breakfast restaurant. Ideal candidate would have experience leading kitchen staff, organizing and ordering weekly. We need a commitment from you for a short, but hectic season of July and August. It's a pretty amazing place, right on the ocean overlooking Martha's Vineyard. Housing is rustic, but the views can not be beat.
We also need line cooks, so if you are not ready to lead we may still have a place for you!
Hourly range- $22-27 per hour, bonus available

Employee Experience
Cuttyhunk is an island that time forgot, our breakfast restaurant is the only place to get a sit down meal, there is a seasonal pizza shop, a few food shacks, a couple of gift shops and one small convenience type market. Otherwise it is a place to slow down, enjoy the amazing views, read lot's of books, walk from beach to beach and enjoy a small community that embraces fun!
The Perfect Fit
We're not sure there is ideal, but patience, kindness and understanding that our small restaurant is staffed mostly by hard working well intentioned kids going to school, looking for spending money and an adventure.

Housing Options
We have very limited and rustic housing available. There are 2 cottages on the property that have ac and power, bathroom & kitchen facilities are in the main building. You step out and your unobstructed view of VIneyard sound and Martha's Vineyard beyond is unbelievable! We also have a cottage that is a 10 minute walk away. Most likely you will need to share your space, but every year is different!
Meal Plan
You need to provide and plan for your meals, the kitchen is available with refrigerator space designated for staff.
