From archery and sports to escape rooms, axe throwing, roller skating, mini-golf, science experiments, climbing wall, and outdoor nature activities, you’ll lead exciting programs for guests of all ages—all while living out the YMCA mission of building healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
What You’ll Do
Lead fun, safe, and engaging family and group programs
Create welcoming experiences for guests at the program registration desk
Facilitate axe throwing in the summer and escape rooms year-round
Operate and maintain recreation equipment and activity spaces
Promote seasonal events, weekends, and special programming
Ensure guest safety while encouraging participation and fun
Support daily cleaning and care of program areas
Assist other departments as needed
Who We’re Looking For
At least 18 years old and fluent in English
Friendly, energetic, and confident working with guests of all ages
Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certified
Strong customer service and communication skills
Committed to YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Faith
