Lead program delivery within your specialty area, including curriculum instruction, activity setup, and cleanup

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of program facilities and equipment

Uphold and enforce all program-specific safety standards and protocols

Participate in staff training and take on one weekend of camp responsibilities during the summer

Contribute to a positive camp culture and assist other departments as needed

Who You Are

Preferably 19 years of age or older

Experienced working with youth in a summer camp or similar setting

Skilled in one program area (ropes, arts & crafts, or riflery)

Organized, reliable, and able to manage both cabin and program responsibilities

Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

CPR/First Aid certified—or willing to obtain certification

Willing to earn additional certifications related to your program area

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
