Highlight videos for our Leadership in Training, Trekker, and Adventure Trip programs
A powerful summer staff recap video for the end-of-season banquet
Help produce the moving “Impact of Camp” video that inspires donations for scholarships (helping more kids experience this life-changing place!)
Creative videos that bring the joy and spirit of Camp Chief Ouray to families, social media, and our website
Your Daily Adventure Includes:

Editing footage into polished, engaging videos (with team support)

Living the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Faith every day
Who We're Looking For:
Experience with videography, filmmaking, video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.), communications, or marketing
Creative self-starter who thrives independently but loves teamwork
Strong time management — you hit deadlines without stress
Passion for youth development and creating positive, inclusive spaces
Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to get it)
Comfort working outdoors in all weather, hiking rugged terrain, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Valid driver's license and clean record preferred (opportunity to drive camp vehicles after training)
Perks of the Gig:

Room & board included (summer staff housing)
The chance to build an incredible portfolio
Be part of a century-old tradition shaping young lives
Make friends for life in a supportive, values-driven community
