TRAIL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
Our Trail Maintenance Team ensures that our members’ and their guests’ experiences are fulfilled at 5 Star/4 Diamond service level. The mission of our Trail Maintenance Department is to develop, preserve, and enhance Whitetail Club’s natural resources for the benefit and enjoyment of current and future members and their guests. Provides a quality trail system for enjoyable and sustainable outdoor recreation opportunities that educate and inspire current and future Members of Whitetail Club. Work is often performed in the backcountry and trails range in elevation from 5000 feet to 7500 feet above sea level. This is a manual labor position that requires being outdoors and exposed to the elements on a daily basis.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
• Maintain and improve existing trail systems on Whitetail Club property which includes 10 miles of single-track mountain bike trails.
• Greet and welcome members during general business and maintenance duties.
• Perform motorized and non-motorized trail maintenance.
• Use of hand hand-tools, chain saws, off road Vehicles, skid steer/tractor, etc.
• Assist other positions such as maintenance or engineering services as needed.
• Coordinates work for the trail crew.
• Leads planning, evaluating, training and team building initiatives to ensure work completion while ensuring safety of the trail crew.
