POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented, experienced Server to complete our exceptional food & beverage service team at the Lodge. Our restaurant, tavern & outdoor dining area serve three meals each day. Servers ensure our guests are happy and well taken care of throughout their dining experiences.
We look for warm, friendly people with healthy, active lifestyles, high standards and high integrity, who have been top performers in their previous roles and love what they do. We welcome seasonal or career-oriented applicants.
We will select applicants who have what it takes to give exemplary customer service to our guests and who are avid team players. Professional demeanor that is friendly and energetic is a must. Appearance needs to be neat, tidy and pressed. Smiles must be ever present. Ideal candidates must possess excellent knowledge about food, wine, beverage and service. They must also strive to continue to learn as much as they can.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal individual is excited to work in a professional yet very genuine way and embraces working in a rustic environment in a relationship-oriented business.
Ideal qualifications include:
1+ years restaurant/hospitality and/or banquet service experience
Structured training in restaurant/catering service
Some knowledge of, training in and interest in food preparation
Self-motivated, with experience working independently
Takes pride in providing fantastic, warm, caring service
Detail oriented and organized
Enjoys being part of a team
Interest in living in a remote lodging environment
Leading a healthy, drug-free lifestyle
Dynamic, fun and likes the outdoors
Details:
$14.00 per hour plus tips
Full time position available immediately
Position can be year-round or seasonal
Healthcare benefits available after 90 days
401K eligible with company match after 1 year
Hours variable and will include split shifts (breakfast/dinner). Hours will include nights and weekends as well as situational/crisis availability. A regular schedule with specific days off will be established
