Besides taking orders and delivering food and drinks to the table, the wait staff is responsible for keeping café clean and presentable at all times, working with kitchen staff, serving beer, and running a full espresso bar. Wait staff must abide by Utah’s alcohol laws. Pay is hourly wages based on experience plus tips. Full and part time positions are available.
