That is our number one priority! Your summer at Redfish will be the best summer of your life. Ask any of our previous team members. A summer at the lake means a summer filled with adventure, long days, and relationships that will last a lifetime. Our season runs from the first of May until the middle of October. Housing is provided for all crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to Redfish Lake Lodge’s high standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in inventory management.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team setting.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Passion for cooking and creating memorable guest experiences.
