Job Title: Maintenance Person
Location: Turpin Meadow Ranch, Jackson Hole, Wyoming

We seek a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. If you are 23 years of age or older, possess a clean driving record, and have a passion for maintaining and enhancing our ranch facilities, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of ranch facilities, including cabins, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Performed repairs and troubleshooting issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and other components.

Groundskeeping:
Maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas, including lawn care, tree maintenance, and snow removal as needed.
Ensure a clean and well-kept appearance on the ranch grounds.

Equipment Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance checks on ranch vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for necessary repairs and services.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other ranch staff to address maintenance needs and coordinate projects.
Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events and activities.

Qualifications:
Must be 23 years of age or older.
Clean driving record and ability to operate ranch vehicles.
Previous experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating machinery.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
