Lodge Manager Responsibilities


The Lodge Manager for Blixt & Co combines the talent of impeccable logistics and details with the unforgettable elements of surprise, delight and a guest experience that will make us one of the best shooting estates in the world. Responsible for every aspect of the guest experience the Lodge Manger will establish and articulate personalized service, event planning, detail review, and consistently striving to create memorable moments. Quality control and collaboration with the Culinary and Property Teams require effective leadership and professional experience. 

Must have the communication skills and leadership to inspire the team through the challenges of an intense season. Collaborating with the Culinary and Property Teams, effective systems, feedback and leadership is a must.

Talent and passion for people, fine dining event planning, logistics and communication. Detailed and driven for excellence a must. Understanding of sophisticated service standards and the confidence to engage with staff and guests alike to create a world class culture and environment.

Experience in high end hospitality and fine dining a must, wine knowledge, event planning and creative eye for detail preferred. 

Salary $4500+ based on experience and Visa Requirments
