Our restaurant utilizes seasonal and fresh ingredients and sourcing from local farms whenever possible. Our goal is to produce a high-quality product in a fun environment. The candidate must be a team player with high energy and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be outgoing and focused, and, most importantly, be kind and respectful to co-workers. Monthly Salary DOE plus camp tip and FREE housing.

Our ideal candidates have hospitality in mind no matter what duty is being completed—a passion for food and an understanding that guest service and satisfaction are paramount. Though we have a lot of fun at Turpin Meadow Ranch, we seek the most talented and professional individuals. We require that candidates be 18 years of age or older and possess positive characteristics. We seek healthy individuals who pay attention to their hygiene and appearance. We seek responsible individuals who respect themselves, others, animals, and property. Our employees must be flexible and can take direction while maintaining a joyful spirit. Attention to detail is a must. Ideally, our employees can see what needs to be done without being asked. Our team members need to have positive attitudes and strong work ethics. Everyone is expected to be willing and happy to lend a helping hand when needed. Our employees must be satisfied in a remote area with a limited cell phone connection; if this concerns you, please discuss it during the interview process. High-speed Internet is available to all staff.
EMPLOYEE PERKS:
During the season, a general camp tip fund grows and is divided among the staff at the end of the season.
FREE accommodations for staff are provided with community kitchens and laundry.
GETTING HERE & AROUND:
You will be expected to arrive in Jackson Hole by your means. Jackson Hole has an airport, though it is strongly recommended that you have a means of reliable transportation to explore the nearby parks and get into town on your own. The ranch does not provide regular employee shuttles.
Navigation systems and GPS units may provide inaccurate information. Print and prepare your driving directions beforehand; if you have a question about closed roads, please call us before you begin your journey to the ranch. Cell phone reception is limited in nearby areas and other parts of Wyoming.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, Turpin Meadow Ranch is the place for you!
With stunning views of the Tetons out the front door and Wyoming’s second-largest Wilderness Area out our back door, there is never a moment of dullness. Turpin Meadow is 15 miles from the entrance of Grand Teton National Park and 40 miles to the south boundary entrance of Yellowstone National Park. With three National Forest trailheads within walking distance, you will quickly be on your way to exploring the backcountry.
Our ranch offers guests and staff alike world-class snowmobile riding, Fat Tire and e-snow Biking, Nordic Skiing, and Snow Shoeing. Multi-sport days are a regular thing around these parts; it is not uncommon to climb, bike, and raft all on the same day. By night, enjoy a campfire with some good friends or treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of Jackson’s favorite foodie restaurants. The ranch is about an hour from the town of Jackson, where every night is Friday night!
For those who are creative, there is a vibrant art scene present. Multiple art fairs come through Jackson, in addition to live theater and music. Many concerts are free. There is also an excellent center for the arts in town, which offers a variety of classes in almost every medium and brings shows in from across the country and the world.
