POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Lead Cook, you are ensuring that the food our guests receive was made with the love and care that they deserve. You are responsible for you and your team preparing and cooking all menu items standard; ensuring the ingredients are fresh, that the work area is clean, and that the necessary equipment is readily available. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes free employee housing for the duration of employment.

Lead the team in the absence/ days off of the Back of House Supervisor
Keep team on task during down times on shift with delegating duties

WHAT IT TAKES
Have obtained High School Diploma/GED
Familiar with basic food preparation and menu execution in accordance with flavor profiles
Food Handler Certification
*Must be obtained within two weeks of start of employment

Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including during extreme heat and cold or weather events
Ability to lift 30lbs independently; all lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance from a co-worker
Able to stand and move for long periods of time
