POSITION OVERVIEW
Fresh air, nature, and clean linens! This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in some of the country’s most popular national parks. As a Laundry Attendant, you play a critical role in what makes Under Canvas so unique, providing our guests with crisp linens and fresh towels as they sleep under the stars. Reporting to a Laundry Supervisor, you will work with a team of peers to clean and restock linens for a camp location spanning up to 80 tents. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes free housing for the duration of employment.

Maintain a supply of clean linens and towels.
Sort used linens, load washers, run the wash cycle, dry, fold, and restock.
Maintain a clean laundry area and follow proper OSHA/HAZCOM procedures.

Assist team members throughout the camp as necessary to ensure high standards of service for all guests.
Time Management
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.

WHAT IT TAKES
Have obtained a High School Diploma or GED
Friendly, team oriented, and ability to follow direction
Physical Requirements (If accommodations are needed, please contact HR during interview process):
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including during extreme heat and cold or weather events
Ability to lift 30lbs independently; all lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance from a co-worker
Able to stand and move for long periods of time
