January 1st through March 16th, 2026

Monthly Salary, End-of-Season Bonus, Free Housing

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:
Perform various housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing guest cabins, common areas, and other facilities.
Ensure that all assigned areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards.

Time Management:
Efficiently manage time to complete daily housekeeping tasks within established timeframes.
Prioritize tasks based on guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.

Attention to Detail:
Pay meticulous attention to details, including bed linens, furniture, decor, and overall presentation of guest accommodations.
Report any maintenance issues or items requiring attention to the appropriate department.

Guest Satisfaction:
Contribute to creating a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the ranch.
Assist in training new housekeeping team members as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
