The Property Team ensures that Blixt owned and leased properties are maintained, clean, ready for guests. Essential for crafting a luxury experience for our guests, the property team works to obtain the highest level of professionalism and detail in their work.
The Head of Housekeeping
The Head of Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all company owned and leased properties, ensuring that all supplies and resources are maintained and accounted for.
The Head of Housekeeping is the point person for the housekeeping team, setting standards and ensuring excellence, responsible for creating a clean relaxed environment for our guests and team that reflects our standards and helps us accomplish a luxury experience with aims to be one of the best shooting estates in the world.
Responsible for scheduling the housekeeping team, establishing goals and ensuring each team member achieves impeccable cleanliness, creating a haven for guest to return to each day. Must be trustworthy and willing to pass background check.
We are also recruiting for all housekeeping positions 2-4 based on season.
