We seek a passionate and experienced front-of-house restaurant manager to elevate our fine dining restaurant's service and ambiance.


Guest Experience:
Craft and maintain an elevated and memorable fine dining experience for guests.
Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Team Leadership:
Train and lead a team of skilled front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, setting high standards for service excellence.

Service Standards:
Uphold impeccable service standards and professionalism, overseeing the implementation of established service protocols.
Continuously monitor and enhance service quality to exceed guest satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:
Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.
Manage reservation systems, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize efficiency.

Training and Development:
Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front-of-house staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Guest Relations:
Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
Cultivate strong relationships with repeat guests, anticipating and fulfilling their preferences.

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of wine and acceptable fine dining etiquette.
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and reservation platforms.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
