Wages for new guides start at $130/day for full day trips + tips.
Glacier Raft Company are seeking Fishing Guides to join our awesome team for the summer season. We are based out of West Glacier, Montana and as Montana's longest continually operating raft company, we have been providing our guests with iconic and unforgettable experiences since the 1970's.
Our guide roles generally start between May and June and end in August and September. We are proud to offer free employee housing, laundry, and internet as well as some complimentary meals. Fly Fishing Guide experience strongly preferred, but not required. Positions are dependent upon completion of guide school, on the job training, and First Aid/CPR and swift water rescue certifications.
