Job Description

The Camp Intern role will provide planning, operations, and marketing support at Campfire Ranch on the Taylor. This role is expected to take a hands-on approach to working with a startup hospitality business, by helping to establish the brand, contribute to business strategy, assist in operations, participate in marketing efforts, and take on project specific responsibilities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist in all aspects of customer service onsite.
-Support the execution of onsite events, group experiences and adventure concierge bookings.
-Execute all risk management procedures as defined by Campfire Ranch managers.
-Support business relationships with service providers and advisors.
-Assist in building the brand through various marketing channels.
-Develop and gather insights about Campfire Ranch customers.
-Represent the Campfire Ranch brand in a positive and welcoming manner when meeting with customers, public, vendors & internal stakeholders.
-Uphold a work-hard, play-hard mentality alongside the entire Campfire Ranch team.
-Provide direction and insight to the leadership team regarding hospitality on a regular basis.

WEEKLY TASKS INCLUDE:
-Guest customer service onsite, online and over the phone.
-Cleaning and upkeep of the property.
-Executing social media marketing posts, email campaigns and blog posts.
-Monitoring and maintaining the Campspot CRM property management portal for our team and customers.
-Assisting guests in renting demo equipment and setup/strike of equipment.
-Assisting guest in retail sales of gear and merchandise onsite and online.
-Assisting in planning adventures for guests through local Adventure Concierge partners.
