The Nor'Easter Pound & Market is hoping to grow our team with several experienced bartenders! At The Nor'Easter you can expect a fun and professional work environment where hospitality and guest satisfaction are a priority. Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is required and intermediate beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is expected. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, making drinks to order based on company recipes and standards, prep work, running side work, restocking, cleaning of your work stations, cash management, and closing.
This position receives tips and the base pay rates range from $7.55-$15 per hour based on experience and willingness to accept additional responsibilities. Tips average 20-25% of gross sales and are significant. The pay period is weekly, Monday-Sunday, paid on the following Friday. A season-end discretionary performance based bonus is also rewarded. We also regularly provide a family meal for the team during the workday.
