This person is responsible for preparing food for various ranch functions including, but not limited to, banquets, conferences, weddings, special events, BBQs, Pig Roasts, etc. Breakfast and lunch duties may also be observed. The ability to work independently and professionally is essential for this position.
Skills:
Knowledge of proper rotation of product, ability to prep and ensuring quality of meals prepared, comfortable working solo, and an all around knowledge of cooking, prepping & knife work.
