Indian & Forest Acres is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized individual to work as our Assistant Programming Director. The dates for this position are June 13, 2026 to August 13, 2026.
Managing the transportation schedules through the Google Calendar shared with our sister camp, Forest Acres.
Create and maintain spreadsheet to keep track of technology the campers bring to Camp, including checking it in and returning at the end of the summer
Help call and arrange transportation for trip days
Assist with the banquet set up
Order and organize medals and awards for the end of camp
Assist with maintaining and coordinating counselor schedules and activity area schedules
