Job Title: Activities Coordinator
Location: Turpin Meadow Ranch, Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Turpin Meadow Ranch, nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. As the Activities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in curating and coordinating an array of outdoor adventures for our guests, ranging from guided horseback riding to snowmobiling and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

Activity Coordination:
Planned, organized, and coordinated various outdoor activities, including guided horseback riding, snowmobiling, wilderness pack trips, fly fishing, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park tours, UTV tours, fat tire biking tours, and e-bike tours.

Develop and implement a schedule of activities catering to our guests' diverse interests and preferences.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
Assist guests in choosing activities that suit their preferences and skill levels.
Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, staff, and management.
Create and distribute promotional materials and activity schedules.
Utilize various communication channels to keep guests informed about upcoming activities and events.
Safety and Compliance:

Attention to Detail:
Oversee the logistical details of each activity, including equipment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and coordination with guides.
Uphold high standards for the presentation and quality of activities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in coordinating outdoor activities and events is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the local area, outdoor activities, and safety protocols.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
