Housing available for the right fit. A very short term lease with the owner is negotiable. The offer is better as a transition to your own housing arrangement. The room is a small room with queen bed, closet, and desk in the basement of the owner's townhome. A bathroom is shared with the female roommate. Shared living spaces with owner and roommate. We are pet friendly to a well behaved dog or cat. Parking is extremely limited with more available in the summer and none in the winter. Townhome is located on bus route and a 5 minute drive into Vail Village. We are open to someone clean, responsible, non-partier, and down to earth.

Hiking right from our backdoor and throughout the Valley. Road and mountain biking up and down the Valley. We are at the headwaters of the Colorado River with class 3-5 rapids running in the summer. World class skiing and snowboarding at Vail and Beaver Creek mountains in the winter. We are in the heart of the Colorado Rockies with great opportunities everywhere.

Van life is possible in the Valley but you have to be flexible and creative. In the summer, the forest service roads open up and more spots with beautiful views are within a 30 minute drive up the mountain. Sneaky in town spots can be found but sometimes at the cost of a ticket. The Avon Rec Center has a great facility for showering, sauna, and working out. In Edwards, overnight stays at the rest area are allowed.
