The Wild Rabbit Cafe is the destination breakfast and lunch spot at the gateway to Capitol Reef National Park. Our unique spot is a blend of full coffee bar featuring locally roasted coffee and house baked pastries fused with counter service, made from scratch, local cuisine. The customer line is out the door the majority of the day and our high paced environment is lively and invigorating. The Wild Rabbit is a family and you’ll be a part of our close knit community. We look out for our employees and create lifelong friendships. The Wild Rabbit Cafe is independently owned by local native, Beth Rumsey, who spent her younger years waiting tables, as an expo at The Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley, and on the line at the iconic Cafe Diablo in Torrey, Utah. Her diverse experience was instrumental in creating what is now the sixth successful year of The Wild Rabbit Cafe.
