For housing, the cost for the unit shared dorm style is $151.25 weekly, or $21.61/night. We only can offer shared temporary units at this point. For the purposes of housing, the rate includes utilities, parking, TV and Wi-Fi. We rent the unit by the bed through the winter season, at which point, hopefully you will find long term accommodations and decide to stay onboard in the position. If you do find housing on your own you can move out with only a 3 day notice. Deposit is $500/per person, with a $100 required fee to sanitize the unit, if the unit is left fully cleaned as best as possible, without intentional damage or unexpected cleaning, we will return the $400 after check out, upon verification of housekeeping, maintenance and HR inspection, the return of the deposit can take up to 60 days after check out due to schedules
