Company Description

We are a restaurant, bar and music venue located at the foot of the beautiful Sawtooth mountains. The Iconic bar has been open since 1938 and our family purchased it 4 years ago. We remodeled the space and added an outside bar and patio and were able to have a fantastic mix of music with around 50 live shows throughout the summer with an eclectic mix of regional artists. We are a hard working crew and want to make for a great customer experience, but we are also casual and try to keep things light and fun at work. Since we only open later in the afternoon there is plenty of time for hiking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and mountain biking throughout the day with mountains lakes and rivers right outside our door. Our housing is very social being right behind the business. If privacy is a big concern, camping and other space can be found, but if you enjoy music around the fire and laughs at breakfast, sharing the bathrooms with the band, our housing is on point.
