Great Northern employees enjoy the proximity to Glacier National Park, Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex, and the Flathead River system in addition to being surround by National Forest Land. Employees enjoy their time off hiking, kayaking, boating, and site seeing with other like-minded employees.

Staff has access to recreation equipment such as Kayaks and Rafts as well as the ability to jump on any Commercial Trip we take so long as there is room for you (and often even a friend!). Enjoy the River as much as you can, but the best part is that we also have over 700 miles of STUNNING trails and backcountry access within a few miles. Glacier National Park is your playground and many of the staff have trail knowledge and camping recommendations to get you out and enjoying Montana as much as the Management Team does! In addition, we are only 15-30 miles from several towns that host fun events all summer! Things like live music at busy Farmer's Markets, local Breweries & Distilleries, as well as unique events such as weekly outdoor rodeos and river races. Whitefish, one of Montana's premier ski towns, boasts incredible restaurants, shops, and entertainment as well as City Beach at Whitefish lake for lounging, swimming, and boating and is only 32 miles away! (although, we have some incredible lakes only 1 mile from our resort as well!)

Ideal candidates are excited about spending a summer near Glacier National Park, have great customer service skills and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We are looking for Raft Guides, Office Staff, Housekeeping Staff, Cafe Staff, and Bus Drivers (CDL required).
