You're excited about adventure and sharing that passion with the next generation. You have personal experience in one of our four core areas (mountain biking, climbing, paddling, and hiking) and ideally the certifications to prove it. You have personal experience working with kids or are eager to experience inspiring campers for the first time. Like any seasonal job, there's going to challenging days or weeks, but you've got grit to navigate those times and will lean on camp leaders to support you - that's what we're here for! Our expeditions, overnight adventure, and specific day camp programs often require drivers who are 21+ to handle transporting members and gear - but that's no problem for you since driving large vehicles to remote locations is a skill you've mastered. If Avid4 Adventure sounds like the place for you, we'd love to have you join us this summer.

We have seven camp locations around the US. The list is so long, it is hard to capture everything to do nearby! If you have questions about any particular location and what is nearby, be sure to ask us and we'd be happy to give you some ideas. You can find all of our camp locations on our candidate help center page: https://www.notion.so/Candidate-Help-Center-115c5dee95a380f5a0f1db27b5a94f73?pvs=4
Meals are provided for our overnight and expeditions, we provide three meals a day, including training. We have been able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs for both staff and campers over the summer.
Both of our Overnight Camps have ample free parking available for our staff. We have several seasonal staff that park their sprinter vans onsite, however, for anything school bus size or large at our Windy Peak campgrounds we would need permission from the nearby school to allow staff to park in their lot over the summer. We also provide recommendations for several BLM camping options nearby.
