Employees of 4UR should expect to work hard and play hard during a summer with us. We look for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a love of the outdoors. Staff members at 4UR are expected to provide an outstanding and magical vacation experience for our guests. Outside of work there is an abundance of choices for outdoor and leisure activities, both on and off the ranch. Most positions listed are full-time, seasonal positions working approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the employment season.

While employed with 4UR, staff members are welcome to take part in ranch activities and amenities during off duty hours. Housing and three meals a day are provided.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves helping others, enjoys hard work and possesses a positive, genuine attitude. Candidates who must leave before August 15 or who are under 18 years old need not apply. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate staff pets.
