The Nor'Easter Pound & Market is hoping to grow our team with an experienced Restaurant Manager! At The Nor'Easter you can expect a fun and professional work environment where hospitality and guest satisfaction are a priority. There is a private 1 bedroom apartment available Year-Round or Seasonally to the successful candidate.

Multiple years of high-volume bar or restaurant experience is required with management responsibilities preferred. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, leadership and training, scheduling of FOH employees, filling in as needed, cash management, and closing.

This position is a salary position with a pay range of 50-60,000 for the six month season. Occasional remote work is expected during the off-season. The pay period is weekly, Monday-Sunday, paid on the following Friday. A season-end discretionary performance based bonus is also rewarded. We also regularly provide a family meal for the team during the workday.
