PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

At YMCA of the Rockies, we’re on a mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and lifecycle marketing strategy—turning insights into bookings, memberships, and life-changing experiences.
What You’ll Do
Own performance marketing strategy across Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels
Set and manage KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CAC, and bookings targets with disciplined pacing and testing
Lead agency partners and a small internal team to deliver high-performing campaigns
Strengthen attribution, analytics, and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and more
Partner with web and creative teams to improve UX, CRO, landing pages, and creative testing
Build mission-aligned partnerships with tourism and community organizations to amplify reach
Turn storytelling and offers into high-converting performance creative
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, analytics tools, and SEO fundamentals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
