Job Description

Job Duties for Servers:

Welcome guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
Recommend food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, following proper service etiquette.
Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
Handle payment transactions accurately.
Monitor table turnover and communicate with the host/hostess for seating availability.
Assist with setting up and breaking down tables. 

Qualifications for Server:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant or similar establishments.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
Responsible alcohol service certification (if applicable)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Lift and carry trays or items up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work in a busy and sometimes high-stress environment.

Schedule: Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays.

Salary is $16.66 per hour plus tips.
