AbilityFirst is looking for a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing nutritionally balanced, family-style meals for our residents and employees. As a Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and healthily.

What You’ll Do
Meal Preparation & Serving: Receive, unpack, and store food and supplies; transport food from storage areas to kitchen; bus dishes, wash dishes, and clean up equipment and kitchen utensils.
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety standards in the kitchen, including dishwashing and cleanliness.
Inventory Management: Responsible for checking in orders and efficiently organizing supplies.
Emergency Readiness: Be prepared to take on any necessary roles as directed by the Camp Director in emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers, guests, and staff.
