Job Description

Nothing is more important to us than our Redfish family! We seek out warm, energetic, adventurous and authentic crew members who can provide the best hospitality humanly possible. That is our number one priority! Your summer at Redfish will be the best summer of your life. Ask any of our previous team members. A summer at the lake means a summer filled with adventure, long days, and relationships that will last a lifetime. Our season runs from the first of May until the middle of October. Housing is provided for all crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to Redfish Lake Lodge’s high standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in inventory management.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team setting.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Passion for cooking and creating memorable guest experiences.
Enjoy a summer filled with breathtaking mountain views, access to outdoor recreation, and being part of a vibrant lodge community. Seasonal positions available.
