Reservations and guests services are the majority of the daily activities for this position. This involves answering phone calls and emails to book tours and rentals for Zion Cycles and Guide Hub. This position requires excellent communication with potential clients, knowledge of the area, trails and Zion / Bryce in general. This is being offered as a part time, on-site position at our shop location in Springdale Utah.
Some responsibilities included are:
Answering Phones and Emails
Relaying information to clients about Zion, Bryce and guided tours
Relaying information about bike rentals and bike repair services
Creating client reservations for guided tours and bikes rentals
Auditing reservations made online
Allocating the correct resources, guides and ordering lunches
