Waterfront Staff / Lifeguard

Job Description

Our waterfront program is located on The Stockbridge Bowl, a stunning 372-acre lake! We instruct our campers in Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Tubing, Kayaking & Canoeing, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Sailing, and Swim Instruction. There’s truly no better way to spend your summer days than on the Stockbridge Bowl.

Qualifications:
-Must possess a desire to work with campers and staff of varying skill ability levels
-A background in and a desire to teach in one or more of our waterfront activities
-Strong Swimmer (previous lifeguard experience is a plus)

Responsibilities:
-Create creative and engaging age-specific programs for waterfront activities
-The care and inventory of equipment
-To ensure the safety and care of our campers

We provide all our waterfront staff with Red Cross certification, a Boating License, and First Aid & CPR.
