The Winter Trail & Parking Crew is a team of enthusiastic team members who share a spirit of generosity. Provide exceptional service by setting up parking areas, welcoming guests, and assist directing arriving vehicles to parking spaces. Assure that public areas on both mountains are accessible by keeping doorways, paths, and deck areas clear of snow accumulation.

Winter Trail & Parking Crew (WTC) Essential duties and responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional service by setting up parking areas, welcoming guests, and assist directing arriving vehicles to parking spaces.
-Assure that public areas on both mountains are accessible by keeping doorways, paths, and deck areas clear of snow accumulation.
-Support a safe and enjoyable environment by facilitating safety awareness, obstacle removal, signage placement, etc.
-Maintain updated knowledge of products and services available to guests across Sun Valley company property and the local community.
-Attend and participate in team meetings. Contribute ideas and solutions that enhance the guest experience wherever possible.
-Always think safety first!

Winter Trail & Parking Crew (WTC) Qualifications:

-Excellent skiing or snowboarding skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and a willingness to take the initiative and be responsible for your assignments.
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals.
-Ability to speak effectively in a group or public environment.
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
-Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in unique situations.
-The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
-While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical
parts; high altitudes, and extreme weather conditions.
