Seasons For Hire
As a Ticket Seller with us at Sun Valley, your role will be to sell lift tickets in a friendly manner and assist our guests with all of their lift ticket needs. Additionally, it may be necessary to provide our guests with basic knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of all ticket and pass products.
-Customer Service – Greets and assists guests in a friendly, helpful, respectful manner.
-Teamwork is essential for the success of the guests, the Ticket department, and the Resort.
-Excellent communication and “people” skills
-Handling Money – be able to make correct change and balance the bank at the end of the day
-Basic computer skills
-Understand how to sell tickets using RTP and basic understanding of Customer Manager
-Additional duties as assigned by manager
-Must be able to work weekends and holidays at all locations from beginning to end of season
