Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for an energetic and team-oriented full-time Starbucks Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks in Grand Canyon, Arizona. In this role you will oversee store operations, provide direction to associates, and contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the "Starbucks Experience" for our guests by delivering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Minimum pay rate: $14.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Supervises associates and completes store operational needs, by assigning tasks and coaching; opens and closes store.
Covers duties as needed in the absence of associates, including cleaning and stocking.
Quickly and effectively brings resolution to associate issues and concerns.
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the values of Starbucks and Delaware North.
Maintains clean and organized workspace and storage areas.
Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all preparation standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferred.
Previous cash handling and POS experience required.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Must be experienced in labor and associate relations with effective problems solving skills.
Physical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
Frequently immerses hands in water, soaps and sanitizer.
May be exposed to variable temperatures.
Exposure to, and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces, areas, equipment and restrooms.
