You may be looking for a working holiday adventure in New Zealand for 6 months or maybe developing your hospitality career here in New Zealand with us. We have staff accommodation options available and can also accommodate couples or small groups if everyone has hospitality experience. Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities.

The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs is located in the Bay of Islands, at the top of the North Island of New Zealand. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our team.

What you will do:

Providing professional and 5 star quality guest service
Carry out all spa treatments in line with our high standards
Maintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefits
Booking appointments, assisting with inquiries and answering phone calls
Keeping our luxurious Spa looking beautiful


What you will bring:

A diploma level qualification in beauty and / or massage therapy
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Immaculate presentation and grooming
