Seasons For Hire
We are a busy restaurant and have an open role for Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for guests and employees as well. The restaurant hosts breakfast for guests, lunch for employees in the summer, and dinner open to guests and the public. Housing included with position. Can be seasonal or year round.
Participate in ordering supplies, drinks, and food necessary for restaurant.
Manage reservations through OpenTable and assist with other the phone reservations.
Ensuring incoming staff complies with ranch policy.
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
Organizing staff and creating schedules.
Recording payroll data.
Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations.
Interacting with guests to provide them with an elevated experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Able to organize a team of staff members.
Able to operate a reservation system.
Able to work in a busy restaurant.
Restaurant or management experience.
