True Friends is hiring individuals to lead participants through various team building activities indoors and outdoors.
True Friends Team Building Instructors provide positive adventures and experiences for all abilities and age groups. Our Team Building Activities Instructors guide groups through various indoor and outdoor activities including our high/low ropes courses and ziplines.
The day starts out as a big group for introductions and then splits into smaller groups which facilitators help the group achieve their goals throughout the day during these group activities.

Responsibilities for Activities Instructor:
Facilitate, instruct, and supervise cooperative team building activities
Set up, take down, and properly store equipment utilized in activities
Ensures success and assists in development of the program
Work Environment:
Works both indoors and outdoors
May be subject to physical aggression and challenging behaviors
Works in precarious or high locations

Qualifications for Activities Instructor:
Must be 18 years or older to apply
This is a very physical position and requires a wide range of motion and the ability to move continually during work hours
Must be able to pass an organizational background check
Ability to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
Ability to work with individuals of all ages, and individuals with disabilities
