Prep Cooks at Stanley Baking Co. are culinary enthusiasts, who are able to consistently mass-produce recipes in a timely manner. They have strong attention-to-detail, solid knife skills, and an ability to multi-task. They are hard working, positive-minded and work well in a team. They are passionate about scratch cooking.
Prep cooks may have afternoon shifts (after 3pm) or early mornings (6am).
Experience working in a commercial kitchen is helpful, but not necessary if an applicant can demonstrate culinary proficiency.

The season runs from mid-May to mid-October. There is very limited employee housing. Compensation depends on experience and competence.
