Job Description

• Maintain a friendly and energetic attitude as a positive member of the Back of House team
• Report to work on time in a clean uniform
• Prepare all dishes with strict adherence to established recipe guides
• Work any number of standard kitchen stations
o Grill
o Fry
o Salad
o Sautee
o Prep
• Prepare each dish exactly as the guest requests
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager and Expediter in a professional and efficient manner
• Constantly maintain a clean and sanitary work space by demonstrating a “clean as you go” mentality
• Abide by ALL Health Department standards and regulations
• Take great pride in preparing each dish for our guests
• Complete daily cleaning and stocking tasks and shift duties
• Effectively rotate product on a First-In, First-Out basis in order to provide guest with the freshest food possible and a good flow of inventory.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Preferred at least 2 years prior experience working in a kitchen
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Use any sharp or hot kitchen equipment within safety regulations
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Be able to work in an indoor or outdoor setting during Ohio’s summer months
• Fulfill commitment to START and END dates, along with September and October WEEKENDS
• Lift at least 30 pounds
