Yes, Chef! Grand Teton Lodge Company in Grand Teton National park is hiring intermediate line cooks and offers all of this and more.

We are looking for exceptional talent who will curate a memorable culinary experience for our guests that will stay with them for long after they leave. Our season is May-October and we are able to offer housing, meal plan and opportunities to advance you career throughout numerous Vail Resorts properties. You'll also expand your culinary knowledge working in a "scratch kitchen" learning elegant dishes that are locally sourced with wild game and organic produce.

The Line Cook/ Intermediate Level Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned
Preparing dishes to specification by the chef
Training and assisting other line cooks and cook assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
Ensuring the kitchen is kept in a clean, neat and organized condition according to federal health standards


The “must haves” for this position include:

1 year minimum line cooking experience


We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

1+ years Line Cooking experience
Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté
High volume cooking
