Guest Services is the ultimate variety job! The largest workforce on the ranch. On a shift-to-shift basis this crew rotates through our dining room, bar (wine and beer), housekeeping, dishwashing and transporting guests in passenger vans. In cooperation with other service staff, Guest Service staff will interact with professionalism and grace while enthusiastically welcoming the guests. These team members set the tone and properly maintain the Ranch throughout the guests' stay with attentive service and careful attention to the details. Depending upon interest and skill set, an additional shift or two per week might be spent leading hikes, helping with landscaping and more. A variety of early, late or split shifts in a given week. Team work and communication skills are important.

Blank Family Foundation brings together leaders across sectors to address today’s most challenging societal problems. Topics range from social justice to climate change to mental health, and everything in between. West Creek offers 5-star service and recreation amenities, providing a setting that inspires innovation and creative problem-solving. Applicants with interests and awareness of the work of these types of groups could find this position extra interesting. As shifts allow, there are opportunities to sit in on presentations and talk with guests about their work. Because of the intensity of the topics some of our groups are a working on during their stay our staff must provide professional discretion and engage in continuing to learn and exhibit cultural sensitivity. (Some examples: trauma and transformation, racial and social equity, frontline worker fatigue, etc.)

Some customer service experience is required.
Compensation starts at $1850.00 per month plus housing and 3 meals a day M-F
Benefits eligibility for positions 6 months and longer.
Weekends off.

Orientation starts May 2, 2002 with move in times to be scheduled the weekend before. Season tapers off in mid-November. Applicants who cannot meet the start date of May 2 and earliest end date of Nov. 4th, 2022 will not be considered.
